AQA Engineer

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

 

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Automation QA to become a great addition to our team. Our client is looking for an AQA Engineer for a cashless tipping project. You will play a key role in the development of an automation framework following best practices.

Must have good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing code for tests within the automation framework;
  • Identifying problems/defects in the product by manually testing, reviewing failed automated tests, or exploratory functions within the system;
  • Optimising the testing processes with continuous improvements and adding proper test documentation for the team;
  • Raising, checking, and managing work item lifecycle.

 

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Automation testing;
  • Good working knowledge of any programming language (Java, JS, Python or C#) with the ability to create and manage automated test scripts using various software tools;
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables and capable of multi-tasking;
  • Knowledge of and experience working with HTTP (RESTful) APIs;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze application diagnostics
  • Good understanding of testing paradigms such as BDD;
  • Basic understanding of Docker;
  • Extensive CI/CD knowledge;
  • Ambition to learn, progress, and be innovative;
  • Passion to produce quality through their work and customer-focused on results;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
