AQA Engineer (Playwright)

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Automation QA to become a great addition to our team. Our client is looking for an AQA Engineer for a crypto exchange project. You will play a key role in the development of an automation framework following best practices.
Must have good communication skills in English.

  • Responsibilities:
    Execute automation test suite and analyze/report results;
  • Plan and describe test scenarios for future automation in cooperation with colleagues;
  • Implement new automation tests;
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss task implementation details from a QA perspective;
  • Create detailed testing documentation to grow the internal knowledge base;
  • Search and try new testing solutions that can bring benefits;
  • Be part of a full-stack development team;
  • Look for new approaches in automation and apply best practices.

 

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Manual and Automation testing;
  • General knowledge and practical experience writing web automation using any programming language (JavaScript, PHP);
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright;
  • Experience with web testing frameworks and tools;
  • Understanding of software development processes, stages, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance;
  • Experience in test case development, execution and maintenance;
  • Experience with web and mobile testing;
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, attention to detail;
  • Willingness to ask for help from colleagues and to help others;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
