Mad Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive. Our client is based in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets in the construction sector;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, architecture, management) to prepare proposals and
- presentations;
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities;
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services;
- Manage client communications effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the construction industry;
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively;
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
