Business Development Executive

Mad Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive. Our client is based in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets in the construction sector;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, architecture, management) to prepare proposals and
  • presentations;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities;
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services;
  • Manage client communications effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the construction industry;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management.

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively;
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
