DevOps Engineer

QA Madness is a European IT service company that focuses strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced DevOps Engineer to become a great addition to our team.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and Azure as primary DevOps tools;
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC);
• Solid understanding of Linux-based and Windows-based systems administration;
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience in cloud security best practices and networking concepts;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with development teams;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English for effective communication in an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps;
• Automate and optimize deployment workflows for production and staging environments;
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability;
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools;
• Work closely with development teams to improve system reliability and scalability;
• Ensure security best practices are followed in DevOps processes;
• Manage and maintain cloud-based and on-premises environments;
• Support software releases and deployments, ensuring smooth operations.
