Talent Sourcer

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Talent Sourcer to become a great addition to our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and sending recruitment emails;
  • Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media;
  • Working with various recruitment platforms and searching tools (e.g., LinkedIn, No Fluff Jobs, Boolean Search, X-Ray search);
  • Searching for new recruitment platforms for hiring needs;
  • Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals;
  • Identifying and screening potential candidates;
  • Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires;
  • Managing the company’s candidate database;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tracking and achieving KPIs aligned to organizational goals.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the IT industry;
  • Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them;
  • Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems;
  • Good knowledge of developers’ skill sets and differences among them;
  • Understanding of sourcing approaches, tools and various sourcing channels;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • English — Intermediate.

Steps of the interview process:

STEP 3: Test Task.
STEP 4: Interview with a Head of Recruitment.
