QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Tech Writer to work in an existing team. You will play a key role in writing tech documentation for the FinTech project.

Must have good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation for internal and external audiences; 
• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive API documentation tailored to the needs of developers and end-users;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information; 
• Ensure that all documentation meets company standards for quality and clarity.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); 
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology-driven environment; 
• Familiarity with APIs, software development concepts, and technical terminologies is a plus; 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitBook, MediaWiki, Docusaurus, MkDocs, or Read the Docs; 
• Experience working with JSON and API tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or Redoc; 
• Experience with diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io for visualizing technical workflows.
